Hayley Wicker-Bradbury

I've spent over 13 years in fundraising, working across wildlife conservation, children's services and healthcare – building donor journeys, running campaigns and growing income from individual supporters and legacy gifts. I came to Visably because I wanted to do that work somewhere I could feel it land. 

My role is to grow our income from individual donors and legacy gifts through carefully crafted journeys, multi-channel campaigns and stewardship that genuinely means something. But honestly, the part I love most is the conversations. A good day for me means speaking with as many of our supporters as possible, getting to know them properly. A phone call here, an email there, the occasional recipe swap. Those relationships are the work, not a distraction from it. 

Securing a major donation that helps us keep going is always a fantastic feeling too, I won't pretend otherwise. But it's the people behind the gifts that I come to work for. 

I hold a BSc in Business and IT from Cardiff University and have built on that with professional development programmes throughout my career. What I value most about Visably is the chance to actually see the impact… to know that the income I help generate reaches a real person, in a real living room, hearing a voice through a speaker for the first time. 

Outside of work, you'll find me on the South Downs with my dogs, centring myself with yoga or absolutely belting something out in carpool karaoke. Cinema trips with friends are non-negotiable.
