| 2026 | Every call, email and making sure the right device gets to the right person |
I'm the person who picks up the phone. I manage the incoming calls and emails, handle queries about referrals, equipment and delivery times, and process every referral we receive… making sure each person gets the device that's right for them, not just whatever's next in the queue. That’s what really matters.
I came to Visably with over four years in the charity sector and a strong background in administration. A career highlight before joining was working with the Royal United Hospitals Bath charity on fundraising for a new cancer centre – one that was officially opened by Queen Camilla in 2024. I'm also a qualified Mental Health First Aider, which I think fits quietly well with a role where you're often the first point of contact for someone who's had a difficult time.
Outside of work, I'm a dedicated Barnsley FC supporter, which requires… let’s say, a specific kind of resilience. I also love live music, long walks and spending time with friends.

When I joined, my mum-in-law's dad came to mind. He was a blind jazz musician. For him, radio was connection.
